Europe’s largest Refinery struggled with the effectiveness of their assets.
Initially we helped to identify root causes and to identify an implementation plan.
Then we helped for half a year to roll-out the implementation plan and to drive Refinery improvement teams.
The work included technical and organizational improvements, incl coaching of leadership team.

Benefitclient phoned a year later and said that the asset effectiveness increased to best-in-class-levels. Great achievement!

One of the identified savings opportunities was to reduce OPEX.
Initially we helped to design the new organization and to help shape the top-down implementation approach.
We helped to set reduction targets, designed the organizational mapping approach (from old to new) and managed the overall Transition.
We helped to define new tools for such projects, which will be used in the future again.
